Finally getting around to using a new S19Jpro that I purchased couple years ago.  Unable to change the mining pool, keeps saying "TEST".  Read online that I needed to update the firmware.  I downloaded the proper firmware and tried to update, "updating firmware" message flashed for about 3 seconds then went back to original screen.  Never does update the firmware.  What do I need to do?  Thanks.
