Bitmain Community General Guidelines

Read the following first before making a post.

• Be friendly to each other. This is a forum to support and learn together, so please use appropriate tone and language - be nice, don't use foul or inappropriate language.
• Respect the community team. They are all here to help you and make the forum grow positively.
• Choose the right place to post. We have four sections set for you to provide constructive feedback, ask for help and help others:
  Mining Farm (Share your ideas about designing or operating a mining farm. )
  Developer Community (Share your ideas about both Antminer software and hardware)
  Product Feedback (Any suggestions, feelings, and expectations are welcome to share with us)
  Antminer Troubleshooting & Repairing (Get technical support from other users and Bitmain technical specialists)
  Resource Connecting （If you are looking for electricity resource, available hashrate, or hosting farms... ask here!）
  
  Two sections for us to convey information:
  Welcome to the community (General Guidelines, Community T&C, How to post…)
  Upcoming Events (Conference, meetups, announcements...)
• Be specific. When posting a question, please give enough detail, including screenshots and links if needed

Here are some things we do not permit in the community:

• Do not post or link to information that is deceptive, fraudulent, threatening, libelous, harassing or hateful;
• Do not post or link to offensive or inappropriate content or content intended to be inflammatory;
• Do not post or link to content that promotes or encourages illegal activities, sexual services or products, or pornography;
• Do not post or link to viruses, bots, worms, trojan horses or other malicious software, or utilize the community to post, link to, generate, distribute or promote any kind of spam;
• Do not post or link to content that violates anyone’s intellectual property rights (including copyright, patent, trademark, publicity, moral and other property or proprietary rights) or which you do not have the right to post or link to.
• Do not post or link to content that violates any person’s privacy rights;
• Do not misrepresent yourself or lie about your identity or affiliation or falsely imply any association or sponsorship by Bitmain.
