949 days ago I sent you USD 128,000 for an order that was not fulfilled because you canceled it.
599 days ago, after a full year begging you to send me my money back, I reluctantly bought 5 E9 machines for USD 49,995
You have held onto my money for more than 2.5 YEARS. I have pleaded with you to please send it back to me - give me my refund.
I have filed 'refund requests' on your website that remain in 'pending' state.
I have tried, repeatedly, to add 'refund addresses' to my account using your web site, but the functionality is broken [purposely, I assume]. I have told you about this multiple times, but you do nothing.
Per your auto-generated email regarding 'refund instructions', I have sent you wire instructions many times, and I have waited the obligatory 60 days, dozens of times. Nothing happens, you continue to ignore my request to have my funds returned.
At this point, I would prefer you refund my money using USDT(ERC20) to my USDT(ERC20) address
If you do not return the USD 78897.21 that you owe me by close of business today, I have authorized my attorney to take over.
