Cannot connect KA3 to nicehash

Hello, I purchased a brand new KA3. It connects just fine to other mining pools. Although, I cannot connect it to nicehash.

They indicate that they support the Blake2s algorithm. They also indicate that they cannot fix the problem. The fix needs to be in a firmware update. Is this true?

I believe I am using the most current firmware. I am using the firmware dated: Mon Sep 25 16:04:36 CST 2023. Is there a firmware more current than that?

Here are the errors logged in my miner when I attempt connection to nicehash. Can this help with correcting the issue?

Am I the only one that wants to connect their KA3 to NiceHash?

Nicehash says they can turn my 166TH of Blake2s algo into $124 per day. WTH? I purchased this machine thinking they could turn it into $55/day and now it's up to $124/day.

Now I am stuck with this machine that is getting me $3/day after $9/day in electricity costs. No one wants to take this miner off my hands. It's pretty much worthless if I cannot connect it to NiceHash.

It seems I made the worst purchase decision. I threw away $3000.

Can this miner be made to connect to nicehash? Nicehash says that it needs a firmware update to do that.
