KA3 Hashboard Only Detects 2 chips out of 92
Anyone else with a KA3 having an issue where one hashboard isn't working because it only detects 2 out of the 92 chips?

Please run the miner for more than an hour before sending the kernel log.
Please send us the newest Kernel log and miner status screenshot.
To ensure the security of your information, please send the newest kernel log in text form.(Please don't copy and paste here,it's not safe.)

Dear customer.
From the kernel log, it can't detect the whole chip. please kindly exclude the issue by following steps:
Check the wires for the hashboard--pull them and re-plug them again, and also you can try to change the new wires.
If there are still the same problems after the above steps, please send it to repair.

Please send defective miners or parts to an official repair center.
US customers are recommended to send to USA-GV, customers outside the US need to send to China or Laos.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the Hong Kong repair center has been closed, please do not send miners to Hong Kong.
Customers have to note down the exact miner type ,quantity and repair ticket ID on the shipping invoice, so that we can collect your packages from customs soomthly.
Please do not write miner as other products to avoid customs clearance failure.

I unplugged them and attempted to connect them back in, but it didn't work.
