Question: Why can't I find any other firmware on the official website? There is only the option for S19 Pro+ Hyd.

Answer: Please download the firmware on your computer, if it doesn't work clear your browser cache or try a different browser.

Question: I accidentally upgraded the wrong firmware and the miner is not working, how do I upgrade to the correct firmware?

Answer: Please find the correct SD file to flash SD card according to your miner model and control board type. After flashing SD card please upgrade the correct firmware.

If you cannot find it you can contact customer service to obtain the file.

Question: I received a low-power firmware notification email, I upgraded the latest firmware on the website, but I can't find the low-power mode after the upgrade.

Answer: This situation can usually be solved by clearing the browser cache or changing the browser, and then you can select the work mode of the miner on the hardware configuration page.

Question: After I upgraded the low power firmware, I cannot manually adjust the fan speed.No matter what ratio I adjust the fan speed to, save it and then restart the miner, it still automatically changes back to 100% fan speed. I can't manually adjust the fan speed in normal mode either. How do I fix this?

Answer: Low power firmware is more sensitive to temperature and manual adjustment of fan speed is not recommended.In addition, some models now quote the pid algorithm, according to which the fan speed is automatically adjusted.The optimized solution is the most beneficial automatic adjustment for the customer and achieves the optimal balance of hashrate, temperature and speed.

The fan manual adjustment function on models with automatic adjustment does not work in normal mode and low power mode, but in sleep mode the fan manual adjustment can work.

If you insist on adjusting the fan speed manually, please flash SD card and upgrade the old firmware.

Question: I want to batch upgrade low power firmware and batch select low power mode, is there a recommended tool that can meet my requirements?
