S19J Pros - get power version failed
- We have replaced the PSU with 2 brand new PSUs from Bitmain and even ensured to try the Version A and the correct Version E power supply
- We cleaned all the dust in the unit
- Reseated all the connections
- Used a different control board
- Changed the power cabled with a known working one and outlet
- The firmware keeps going back to a debug mode after the first fail
- Reflashed it with an SD card
- Factory reset and put the correct pools back in
- Updated the firmware to the latest firmware

1. Plugin and out the PSU cord.
2. Set miner to factory settings
