Bitmain Bank Account number (IBAN) not correct

hi  Jessica 
How are you today

i allready visit to the bank today to ask them about transfer issue
they say the bank account IBAN not correct 

for example the international bank account IBAN like this :

SA2320000004212904199940

no CN  in Bitmain bank account  and it shuld be 24 character not like this : 000000501511168204

i tryed to use Westurn Union but they say i have to send to aperson not bank .

any help my dear
