S9 Stuck on a pool setting. Can't change pools any more.

Hello. How do I explain this. Recently my S9 burnt out my surge protector and flipped my house breaker. After I got everything back online, the miner just keep loading the same profile I had set before the power surge as indicated in the Tuner Status. I can change pools in the web interface, and it shows the status as 'Alive' but the miner keeps hashing the same pool address (dgb.online) before the power surge.

I tried resetting the unit then creating new pool group and tried different pool servers, but I'm still only getting coins from the dgb.online pool URL. Can any one shed some light on this and how I can fix this? Thanks.
