    Hello, dear!
You can first check whether the power cord is plugged in and whether the power supply is stable; if there is no problem above.

I have the same exact problem with my brand new S19 pro. I have 257 units and 20 of these units have this problem. (chain avg vol drop). Also sometimes I dont even get this error and they unit stops working. Im using the new firmware that came out in February and I tried different psu, control board. Nothing works. Temps are very good. Fans are set at 90% and pcb is good temps. Miner works fine for days and then breaks for no reason.

    My issue has been resolved.

Aebtcinc - If you have access to an IR camera, check to see the temperature of the PSU (from the exhaust side). My issue was created due to intake airflow not being sufficient, and the smaller PSU fans weren't able to get enough air across the PSU components. Once I supplied enough inlet CFM, the PSU's cooled off significantly and I haven't had a problem in over 24 hours.

I should add that all my temps (inlet and outlet) were still reporting fine.

The problem is there was not enough airflow for the PSU. Make sure the back of the psu is cooler then 80 with a thermal gun.
