Soooo, i have been asking about shipping and availability since last year, at first i was told that shipping to South Africa was suspended because of this virus crap, and yet although i have asked many times there is still no realistic response from Bitmain ? that being said i have ordered and paid for a miner from a company in the same province with no issues regarding shipping at all, another thing is that Bitmain constantly shows "out of stock", wtf, i work for a manufacturing company myself and it an absolute priority to make sure that we have stock of ALL of the relevant parts, raw materials etc to fulfill our customer demand, now i'm quite sure that Bitmain has a pretty advanced manufacturing facility but yet is permanently "out of stock" not even the ability to place forward orders ? something i would consider to be critical for production planning at the very least !
As the foremost and leading name in the market it is a crying shame that customer service and communication from Bitmain is so terribly lacking... although also in their defence another main manufacturer is just as laxidasical with communication and customer service...
Will someone in a managerial role please be so kind as to respond to my post with some realistic information and feedback please.
