new antminer S19 per control board cannot be upgraded

I bought a replacement control board for the antminer s19pro. with my other antminer s19pro the
firmware update went without problems but it doesn't work with them!
it always says tar: invalid magic tar: short read
I've already tried everything from reset to various browsers (internet explorer, firefox) and downloaded the file again and again. Please help...

  Hello Manuel

  First,please make sure you have selected the coorect firmware for the upgrade

  if it is the correct one,you can try to reset it back to factory setting or use the SD card recovery image to recover it to see if it could work.
