S19 Pro DOA
I have a S19 Pro that arrived with the middle hash board DOA, I have verified the PSU is good with one from another unit, I also tested the defective hashboard in another unit and it also doesn't recognize it.
In order to get it repaired from what I can determine is I have to send it to HK Repair site but it seems silly to send the entire miner at 36LBs and a cost of $380 for 1 hashboard. I know they replace hashboards in sets so the serial numbers match so does anyone know if its possible to send just the 3 hashboards because it would be substantially cheaper.
