S17+ LEDs not coming on, doesn't show up on network

I took my S17+ new out of the box for and was able to use it for about an hour, but now neither of the LEDs beside the CAT5 port are coming on and it isn't showing up on my network. It's making a lot of noise with the three small power-supply fans, but the four large fans are not spinning at all.
