    it works fine for 12 to 16 hours when i reset it from the button on the miner.

    its very disappointing, i spent 9000$ on this thing, and mined only for 4 months in ideal conditions.

    this thing now not giving any hashrate. i had sent you the full log, but no reply.

    please advice what to do, where to send this item back for replacement

    i had swapped the internet wire with other miners, but i didnt work out. but ill try again.

    i have attached pictures when miner restart and works fine for few hours, and picture when it hashrate and chip dies.

    i am using long extension( 15 meters) attached with miner power cord, could it be the reason of fault?

    hi, now after running perfectly fine, hashrate stopped. restarted again and now fan shows abnormal and chip temp showed 255 temp and i shut it down.

    the miner was recently cleaned and kept in cool place

    the picture mb limit on your page is only 3mb, hence its not clear.

    i am unable to get new log for dropping hashrate because, now the fan 3 shows stopped and fan abnormal so hashrate also show 0. fan speed show 30000 temp show 255( even though just startwd the miner). chips show normal.

    this is log after new start, and shows fan abnormal all other buttons are normal( like hashrate, temp, network)

    i did change the fan and updated firmware from ssd card and with ssd from miners home page.

    it worked perfectly for 16 hours, but then  hashrate fell to 0 and fan stopped. even though in actual fan was working.

    the red light of fault on miner turned on no green light.

    this log is after miner worked for 16 hours..its been a month since nothing is being done.

    i had replaced the fan, but the miner stopped. and i sent you the log. so the above log which i sent you last time is after i changed the fan.

    what do you recommend should i send it to bitmain?

    or should i try to update firmware again.

    please also last message, i am quite worried its not working for a month. i spent 9000$ on it

    We advise you unplug  the faulty fan to the other fan place, and send us the new kernel log, then we can confirm whether the fan is broken. If it is broken, you need to buy a new fan to fix this issue.

    hi again

    i have checked it by changing plug of fan3 and fan4,  fan3 shows 0 on the miner page, even though it is blowing fine. and fan4 shows speed of 36600 even though it is blowing fine too.

    so i am now changing both fans 3 and 4.

    and  will update you.

    should i need to do anything else??
