    Dear

We checked there is one hashboard can not be detected

For the hashboard which can not be detected ,please try to exclude the issues by the below instructions

1.check the wires for the hashboard--pull them and re-plug them again, and also you can try to change the new wires
    2.upgrade to the latest firmware
    3. change the PSU to try it and reset the miner to the factory settings
4.flash the SD card program to recover the control board
Please download the SD card file in the below link

I have done the instructions unsuccessful, First insert the Mini SD with file , once I had found the IP miner , I have removed the Mini SD and load the file:Antminer-L3+-201907101440-384M (1).tar.gz - archivo TAR+GZIP, tamaño descomprimido 12.017.065 bytes and wait 30 minutes and the machine are working with two fan to speed maximun , 6000 rpm.
I have done any wrong ?
    What can I do?

Thank you very much for your support

I believe that I have did the instructions sent for my two antminers, but I have some  doubts

1-How long does it take for the machine to brush with the SD? Once the lights turn on at the same time, does the miner turn itself off or should I turn it off to follow the procedure?I

2- The procedure indicates that when you enter the web, it asks me for the password and user, and the password must be the one written in the file.tex, when I enter that password, it tells me that the password is wrong and it enters with the usual one , "Root"

This situation is for atnminer 1, of which I sent the previous information, the second miner, does not respond, starts, the green on-line indicator light and the fans start at full speed approx 6,000 rpm, and does not mine, although the online light is green. This miner only has three hashboards, I have removed a damaged hasboard

    Dear

1 It will be faster, 5 mins will be okay to flash the SD card,When the two LED lights on the control board flash 2-3 times at the same time, the machine is powered off,  pulled out the AD card and the card brush is completed.

2 For changing the password, could you change it in the backstage.

    Change your password!

Go to your miner User Interface > System > Administration.
