    Could you send us full kernel log after the miner running 15 mins to double check

    I have already upgraded firmware with last version two times, but still nothing, also tried with SD cart firmware version but still wont load correct EPROMs info from hashboards

    Did you try to flash the sd card to recover to the control board by the below instructions 

    flash the SD card program to recover the control board
    Please download the SD card file in the below link

    instructions:

    1 unzip the file we send to you

    2 After decompressing the card file, put all the below files into the card,

    3 insert it into the card slot of the control board,

    4 and power on the control board

    5 after the red and green lights blinks 3 or more times you can remove the SD card , it is ok

    2 please double check to Configure whether there is a mix board in your antminer

    For the ERROR_EEPROM_INFO issue could you confirm did you put other antminer;s hashboard into this antminer ? which mean did you mix the hashboard ?

    If you are sure that there is no mixed hashboard, and you tried to upgrade the firmware and the card brush, it is still useless. You need to deliver it to our repair point in USA-NH and Hongkong for repair
