    There is ASIC RT error 

    please upgrade to the latest firmware to check if can exclude the instructions or not

    Here is another Kernal Log, I was able to get it hashing after reflashing the same firmware version again. (latest) however it only appears I am getting 9.274 T/H instead of the full 13.5?

    Hey Jessica, thanks for the link. I factory reset the S9, then went to your link and downloaded the firmware and upgraded the unit as the instructions said.

     

    Here is a screenshot showing the homepage:

     

    After the upgrade finished, my miner status still showed nothing on the ASIC.

     

    I disconnected the power supply for 1 minute, then booted it again. I got one ASIC up

    This seems to be really hit or miss, I definitely think its a hardware issue. I either get 0, 1 or 2 showing on this page between restarts
