I am also facing the same problem.. my s19 pro miner red light is always ON, and green light is always OFF.. hashing does not start… and my kernel log is also same as yours..

Have you solved your problem? If yes.. how?

I just replaced the psu with a brand new one and it worked. No idea what's going on there. So, I would suggest you replace your psu to see if that solves it

how did you change your PSU? yourself or by someone professional...?

because there is no official or unofficial video of replacing PSU of s19 pro on internet.. :(

Don't really remember the light situation. I think the red light was flashing.

I changed it myself. You can do it. It's super easy. I think there's a video for the S17. It's very similar. You just have to take the covers off, disconnect the powersupply, unscrew the screws, and unhook the box. It didn't take me more than 15 min

Awesome! I'm happy to hear that, my dude!

I think the hardware error thing is normal. I'm pretty sure I read that from some Bitmain documents.... But keep checking on it to see if something looks weird! Good luck!

Hey Rayan Hassan, Cponce7, I have an S19a Pro that is doing the same thing. Hashrate is 0. Do you think replacing the PSU would help me in this situation?

I think you should definitely try changing the PSU. That's how I fixed my problem.

In my case I didn't think it was the PSU because I was checking the PSU's output voltage and it seemed fine. But I got a new one and that did the trick! It solved the problem right away.

So yea, definitely try changing the PSU
