Antminer T17e not fully hashing

Machine was running fine until last week where 2 out of 3 hashboard not hashing. I installed the latest Firmware and still it wasn't working. I shutdown the miner for more than 2 hours and have a fan to blow into the intake for more air. Now I have 2 of 3 hasboard working correctly. But one of it still down. Please advice, I'm attaching the Kernel File for your reference.
