Antminer z9 mining but no pools shown in miningstatus.

Hello i having an Antminer Z9 did a Firmware update. everything working fine running stable at 500mhz and results and miner shown up at the pool webpage. but when i go to the web interface of the miner under pools its all blank and shows nothing.thats realy strange can someone help?Thanks
