S9j keep restarting and hashboard problem

Hey guys , first of all i wanna thanks all of u to take your time and help me , my s9j recently keep restarting after few minutes of work and again and again i take it to few repair store and they said it needs down graid upgraid , so i did it and suddenly one of the hashboards asic number shows 28 , so for restarting i found that my s9j for some reason works with lower version of frameware and restarting happen when i upgrade frame ware so i assumed problem was with my hashboard and bought a new one and it was working until for some reson i made mistake and upgrade s9j to second frame ware from the above and restarting started again and my new hashboard show 28 asic number again im really confused and spent so much time money and energy , do u guys have any idea what my problem might be ? Sorry its so long i tried to mention all the details i really appreciate it if some one help me here i lost 2 hashboard , now if i downgrade again it will work fine but i try yo understand whats the problem and fix it

    If the downgrade can work properly, it is recommended to downgrade the operation. If only 28 chips are displayed, it should be a failure of the hashboard and need to be repaired.

    But it happen twice (hashboard problem) thats why im wondering if its something else that cause hashboard to get like this

    This situation needs to be tested by the maintenance engineer to see what the situation is.

    Ok thank you for your comment one last question , is there any uncommon problem that cause hashboard to fail and show 28 asic , cause this happened 2 times and temp and everything is ok and restarting and hashboard failiure just happen when miner is upgraded to newer frameware

    This situation is not easy to judge, you can check and clean up the hashboard dust, check and change the wire to try.
