Unfortunately, I can not connect to the device, and after holding down the reset button and using the ip reporter button, I still could not. I downloaded the t9 + -sd file of the card with the instructions we gave, but I still could not. Please help.

  If you are sure there is no network issue,please change another known good control board to check if the problem could be fixed.
