When there is a power outage do not unplug your antminer as I did. Once the power becomes available again just turn your machine on with the switch from the breaker box. immediately kill the power and turn it back on. this is what worked for me. My antminer is back up and running just like before this incident happened.

    Hi Dp38c12g

I am the technical support from Bitmain team, nice to meet you here.the mining farm should try avoid frequent power outstages and need to make a plan for power outages, sudden power-on and power-off may cause damage to the miner, when power is cut off, the power should be turned off from the minimum air switch on the shelf up to the master air switch level by level. When powering on, it should be ensured that the air switch of the shelf connecting to the miner has been completely shut down, and the power is downward level by level by the master air switch, to avoid the impact of the voltage surge and damage to the miner.
