Antminer T17+ low temperature, high speed fan

I am having trouble with the fan speed of a t17 +.
Speed is locked at 5880/5880/5520/5520 and PCB current temperature 26-38-24-38. the problem is that the t17 + at night stops mining, since it lowers the temperature of the environment, but the rpm of the fans don't drop and ends up blocking the t17 + due to low temperature. the rest of the t17 + are working normally (fan speed 3720/3720/3480/3480 PCB temp 29-52-28-53) they are all placed in the same place and have no obstructions
