S9k DOA?

So, my S9k is suspect DOA..

Rear fan only running, no LED indicators and no network activity lights.  No network access (HTML)
1. Swapped fan headers to verify fan not defective.
2. Tried alternate power supply

I did update the firmware last week but the system ran without issue so dont see that.  Please do not ask me for a kernel log as if the above was read there is no way to get it.  Im open to suggestions but did submit for a warranty control board as I have 41 days remaining in my warranty.

  Did you try to reset it back to factory settings or change another known good control board to test? thank you.
