problem with test tester for ant miner repair

good and greetings to all from venezuela recently i have acquired a main bit repair tester and it does not work the screen stays blue eh correctly configured the usb port which i have windows 10 and windows 7 in their 32 bit versions attached samples and screenshots of what it does once configured the xshell the tool that shows the files if there is a repair please help me thanks below attached photos and images

    Buen amigo, ya revisé cada pequeño detalle, discúlpeme si mi inglés es malo ya que mi idioma nativo es el español y ha verificado correctamente las conexiones a los puertos USB y están bien controlados. La pantalla del probador no muestra nada mientras se enciende, es azul, hay una manera de reparar las fotos adjuntas del software del probador de lo que verificó

    i have t9 s9 tf card file........

    Are the tf cards file  for the v9 Miner test  different?
