Just received antminer.  Can't connect through webpage.  I tried resetting, unplug/replug.  Checked ip, dhcp, no luck.  Any ideas?

  I already tried that. Tried 3 different programs to find IP, no luck. My 2 other antminer works fine.

  If the control board is confirmed to be working but the miner is still not booted up, something might be wrong with the hashboard, You may need to return the miner for repair.
