How to change the MAC address of the S11 device?

Hello! 

I changed damaged NAND flash at S11 then programmed new flash with not damaged NAND soft and got identical two miners with similar MAC and IP addresses which have conflict to each other. 

I'm trying to change the MAC using the programmer in the firmware dump but nothing comes out.

How to solve it and change MAC address?
