Antiminer S19 Pro Fan2 only 4560 rpm

Hello all

So past few days my miner is overheating and i notice that FAN 2 is always max at 4560rpm and Fan 1,3 and 4 are at 6000 rpm.

Is fan decited that need to be replaced or can be there be any other isue?
