S19Jpro cannot connect to mining pool. TEST TEST TEST

Hello all, I've seen similar people with this issue. Miner is all in the green. I just cant save any mining pool details. everytime I save it says "OK" with a check but I go back to the home page and it says TEST TEST TEST where it should say mining pool info. Have tried multiple mining pools. Whats the fix?

  Please upgrade firmware.

  i have tried, but it's not flashing with the new firmware

  I am having the same problem, and am also unable to upgrade firmware. Did you figure it out?
