Bitmain repair not sending me the miner more than 2 months.
Bitmain repair site said the shipment sent more than one month ago:

Contact them at least 30 times, day by day saying they are checking or saying they already shipped.
I meant everyone can read from tracking, it is just label created, they never shipped out.
So disappointed, we wish we never buy Bitmain products.
Bought 20 D7, 7 died on arrival, up to now after 5 months, none got fixed,
keep sending us not fixed miners, wasting our money on shipping and try to pass warranty time.
Now worst cast, they are holding that from sending us, think twice that's what I am telling all my customers and partnership when they choose miner brand.
Bitmain service is getting worse than ever.

This the 4th time I gave Bitmain support the ticket #, I contacted support at least 20 times already after you told it is shipped one month ago.Every time telling me checking or the saying the shipment was on the way.
Yes, on the way one month ago even tracking clearly told it is not even shipped, or we called
Fedex. Fedex told us you guys Bitmain lied, we Fedex did not receive anything,How could a company treat a customer like this?

Counting, 41 days passed Awaiting Bitmain "Repaired" and "Shipped back to customer" machine actually ship out.

No, Bitmain lies, they never shipped out, tracking said label created, not even dropped to Fedex.

I am having the same issue. I sent my miner for repair after owning it for a few months and got an email from the repair site with my fedex tracking number but fedex has not received the miner, just the shipping label created 2 weeks ago. I placed a ticket regarding this and the received a response:
"We shipped your items out with tracking number:396736629158 , but there is no updated information.
I will check with the repair site whether it's lost or not, If any news, I will let you know." Then they closed the ticket.Repair ticket ID: | 033202303310345111646LrV18KG0632 |
Is this normal ? How long does it take ? Did they actually lose the miner ? If they lost it would they replace it ?
