S19j pro SD card flash

Hello, I want to flash an Antminer 19j pro 104th with SD card. Have read your instructions but one thing I do not understand is how to unzip the BMU file that you provide as the firmware for the miner? Non of my Zip- Unzip programs can extract the file. 

Have i missed something?
