Awful experience on purchasing Bitmain Antminers..
We bought 20 of Antminer D7 from a supplier in Chia, 3 of them came dead on arrival.
Worst case, we sent to Btmain Delware repair, they said they are "mixed product"
and asked me to pay 6k us dollar.
And we paid, but the story is not finished,
they sent 3 of them back to me, only 1 is repaired. Other 2, no they did not even rest them, means they do not even repair..
And I shipped 2 of them for 2nd repair, spent another hundred dollar,
one came back, another 1? been checking with support for weeks,
it seems missing or they are not willing to repair?
I am still waiting for their update on it,
Is there anyone here experience the same? Please reply with your experience.
We are a mining company, been purchasing hundreds of miners, no issue of after sale with other brands, this is really a aweful experience purchasing Bitmain miners.
We will reach out to Redit and other social networks for help for such headache cases, and hope anyone here can really help us out what to deal with it?

Linda 2nd time repaired machine just arrived today.
I am speechless, the antminer 2nd repair came today, not able to hash at all. So 3rd time to repair??
What kind of the repair service deliver such bad quality of dignostic and repair...
And you charged me 6k usd too for these repairs under warranty period...Can you ship me a brand new, we have been wasted money and time since the first day, it was 4 months ago....

Horrible experience continues,
Bitmain repair sent me bad miner 3rd time again, yes again and again, I asked to send me a new machine instead of keep sending me machine saying "Repair" never was.
I am not sure what they will do now, holding the miner there for another week already, as a customer, this is the first time I am dealing with such after sale service.
4th time sending me "repaired" antminer? I already wasted 3 months back and forth shipping plus non-mining time. -
