Bitmain S17+ (73T) "Voltage are different. Will exit." error

My s17+ (73T) keeps getting this error in the kernal log. I have tried rebooting, changing pools, checking the PSU and cables. Nothing seems to fix this and I haven't seen anything from Bitmain support / anyone on here that has fixed this issue. Does anyone know how to fix this?

 

I emailed 

support-cs@bitmain.com and am awaiting any kind of response.    Thanks guys, anything will help!

  Has anyone found a solution to this problem?  I have emailed Bitmain customer support twice but no response.
