How do I change the status of my repair ticket
I sent my ant miner s17+ in for repair to the Delaware location here in the United States. They emailed me telling me that the miner has had too many chips that have fallen off. They said they will return the miner to me once the status of the miner changes. Right now the status just says "collected". How do I change the status so they can send the miner back to me?
