New S19j - 90TH Hash Board Issue

I sent this miner for repair two weeks ago for the same issue.  It was returned working.  The same issue has occurred.  The miner is only using two of the three hashboards.  Below is the kernel log with what appears to be the error in bold text.   I restarted the miner but the problem continued?  What other solutions are available?  THIS MINER IS ONLY TWO MONTHS OLD AND WAS ALREADY SHIPPED BACK TO BITMAIN TO REPAIR THE SAME ISSUE!  IT HAS HAPPENED AGAIN!!!!
