Miner fan speed is fluctuating between 4500-4900 every 30 seconds

I fired up my two S19j Pro Antminers for the first time yesterday. The fan speed is fluctuating between 4500-4900 every 30 seconds since this morning. It was constant yesterday.
Since I am a home miner the sound gets irritating. Is this normal or is there any way to fix this?
