Hello, I have 2 hashboards that no longer work on my D7

I did everything you asked me to ...

I sent my log, reflash the firmware, checked the cables, dusted off but it still doesn't work.

Every time I send a message I have the same answer !

Flash the firmware, check the cables and dust off...

I would like to have it fixed please.

My D7 not mining at all, I did the same steps (Support asked me to do the same) but still the same: no hashs.

Support guys asked me to send it back to China for repair! I'm in Canada and US locals are closer!

I recently received my D7 from Hong Kong after it was supposed to be repaired. It's still not hashing. I think it needs a new control board because the red and green lights do not flash.
