Unnable to change the pool mining address and mining name - S19J Pro 104TH

No matter what I save the pool settings to, when I go back to the dashboard it says TEST TEST TEST for pool mining address, name, and password. I've search everywhere for answers but I can't find anyone who has had this issue. I've tried different routers and different mining pools. No matter what  I do it always says TEST TEST TEST.

  I updated the firmware even though I just received the ASIC yesterday and that fixed the problem. Thank you Linda.

  Hello, having the same issue. What is the fix for this? Do I need to upgrade firmware?
