S19J Repairs in Russia

We have a miner S19j 104 in Moscow repair centre. Our company has bought many of these exact miners.

Serial numbers are: FXDZD4CBAJFJI033L/KLKT313BAJEBF1074

It was very new only _1 month_ when we buy it before it FAIL. We sent to official third party where it currently sits:

Company's Name: New IT Project LLC.
Address: 121059, Moscow, Berezhkovskaya nab., 20, p. 35.
Tel: 8-800-551-75-57
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday: 10:00-18:00；Friday: 10:00-16:00

HOWEVER, THEY INFORM US THEY DO _NOT_ HAVE ANY DIAGNOSING SOFTWARE FOR THIS S19J MODEL, HOW DO WE GET OUR MODEL REPAIRED IN RUSSIA? WHAT REPAIRERS CAN FIX S19J MODELS?

Please advise.

Please reply as a matter of urgency as we have tried everything else to make this new broken miner repaired and we have bought many S19J miners and we are very concerned if more fail we have no recourse to repair.

We are sorry that your miner is defective, but we don't have any official repair site located in Moscow or Russia.

You can provide the kernel log to us for further check firstly.
