New S19j - Firmware Not Loading

I have downloaded the firmware to my computer, submitted the file to the miner via the web UI, but the firmware file is not processing.  I used a Chrome browser and cleared the cache.  I restarted the miner but the firmware does not appear to have updated.  The firmware date stamp in the bottom left corner has not changed.  Any assistance would be appreciated.  Thank you.

  If it still can't help, you can contact us at support-cs@bitmain.com to provide kernel log and screenshot of the configuration page of the miner for further check.
