Reg CRC errors

Hello,

 I have just recieved 2 s19j's  both connected to poolin.me.  They ran for 2 days then Im getting RED CRC error on both machines at same time!!!  I rebooted, and 15 minutes happened again.  No hashrate and same error.  I restored to factory.  What should I do next?
