Trouble with S15

Please help with the problem!
Bought S15, not new.
Constantly freezes with 0 Hashrate on 1, 2 or all boards.
I reboot manually 1-2 times a day. Sometimes it reboots itself.
The temperature is normal.
The log always contains the following errors:

PS:
1. Is it possible to flash it from an SD card to exclude the influence of a virus? What actions?
2. How to flash a script for HiveOS? When flashing through "Upgrade", the error "System upgrade failed" appears.

    Sorry, as checked this model is end of service now. Our offcial repair site have stopped repair service for EOS models.
    However, we have another option for you, It's recommended to contact our Bitmain’s Cooperative Repair Centers to see if they can repair this model（details pls find as below link)
    or it is advised to find a repair site in your local market to repair them.
