Z15 order

Hi I made a order 4 months ago to recieve z15 z15 during october. It is now november. Please can someone reply with some concise information of when my order will be due to arrive in the uk. I have invested nearly 100000usd so really need a more detailed response to email and when order is going to leave your factory. It is frustrating for me as I am currently losing money that I did not calculate and I'm currently need to start paying back the loan that I got to purchase the machines. I really need to know what is happening and when my units will arrive. Regards. Jon

You're not alone. I ordered a Z15 in late July which was supposed to ship in October. I reached out to customer support a week ago and they gave me the following reply:

"Sorry for the inconvenience we brought to you. We are checking with our production team urgently for this item, hope we can get them back soon in recent days. The orders will arranged asap once items are finished quality testing, thanks"

Here's to hoping we get our miners before the end of the year...
