    Dear,

It might be PIC error or Fan problem. Do you change the fan which is not belong to ours?

    Thanks.

Nope, I have not changed the fan at all. We restarted the kernel logs and it went back to normal for a week and then back at not registering the fan. Do you recommend we change the fan? And if so, how?

    Thx

Hello, it is recommended to unplug the power supply and wait for 20 minutes before restarting.

Hello Dear support, I have the same problem with my S19. Could you let me know how can I solve it?

I restart my miner, and 20 min after its fan speed goes very high, and temp goes at 255.

I've never changed fans, and it is working from 6 months ago.

    Thanks a lot.
