    I have tried many times and kept the miner running longer hours. Even a hard reset. Attached the log and screenshots after 20 minutes:

    Please kindly exclude the issue by following steps:
    1. Check the wires for the hashboard--pull them and re-plug them again, and also you can try to change the new wires.
    2. Upgrade the latest firmware
    3. Reboot the miner
    4. Set miner to factory settings

    Dear Lisa,

    I tried already points 2,3,4. However, when I update to the latest firmware it still shows the previous firmware´s date of May.

    With regards to checking and replacing the wires for the hashboard, I would have to open the miner, please can you provide detailed instructions?

    I have tried all your suggested steps including re-plugging the hashboard wires and the miner is still not working.
