Hash Board Problem on a New T19

Dear Support

I just got my T19 Antminer and has problem
It should do 84 Th and only makes 57 to 58 Th

in the log apeaar

2021-09-17 03:22:49 Chain[0]: find 76 asic, times 0
2021-09-17 03:22:56 Chain[1]: find 76 asic, times 0
2021-09-17 03:23:04 Chain[2]: find 0 asic, times 0
2021-09-17 03:23:11 Chain[2]: find 0 asic, times 1
2021-09-17 03:23:19 Chain[2]: find 0 asic, times 2
2021-09-17 03:23:20 Chain 2 only find 0 asic, will power off hash board 2

Please i need your help i dont know wjhat to do to solve this issue

  Dear

  For the hashboard which can not be detected ,please try to exclude the issues by the below instructions
  1 Check the wire line for the hashboard,- unplug and plug them again to test.,
  2.Upgrade to the latest firmware 
  3. Change the PSU to try it and reset the miner to the factory settings
  4.Flash the SD card program to recover the control board
