L3+ Virus and firmware issue

I have multiple L3+ units close to 50+ pieces and they all have virus.

How can I install the firmware and clear the virus? Shorting the pins do not work. During start up I can see the blue light and red light flicker one time and it never finishes the SD card firmware update. Please help and send whatever Virus and firmware files you have for L3+.

    And we also send you SD card file and instructions, you can download it and try which also will assist to kill the virus , once you try please let me know.

    Hi Jessica,

    I can not download anything you sent, I don't have QQ account. I tried to open one but I don't understand the Chinese alphabet and English is not available. QQ is not allowing to download without an account.

     

    Can you upload it somewhere else?

    Thank you Jessica, I actually did downloaded the firmware. Thank you it's working great. I already flashed 30 L3+ boards. Some board I have to short the pins to start flashing, some board take it right away.,
