Latest S19J Pro firmware for download on Bitmain site causing crashing. Please help!

I downloaded the latest firmware on the Bitmain site for my S19j Pro because my old version was dated June and the one on the site was dated July of this year. After following instructions on how to install it, Once it ran, my miner is no longer hashing. Everthing is stopped and chip states all show abnormal as well as the Real Hashtime Rate.

 

I then noticed that on the bottom it is saying that I am running the May version even though I downloaded what was suppose to be July's.  After doing some digging, I found out that Bitmain technical support has confirmed that the version was incorrectly labeled and it is infact the May version, and not the July as it's advertised. 

I have since tried to reset it and the problem still persist. My miner will not mine, the version still shows May and nothing is working. Can you please help advise as to how I can fix this? Thank you!

    1 Could you send us the firmware version showed in your antminer ?

    2 Could you send us full kernel log after the miner running 20-30 mins , after double checked with technical engineer we will advise you the solutions and advice.

    Kernel log will always show the real reason issue for the antminer.

    I am having the exact same problem.  Just installed firmware from the site which says May, and now the unit won't has with abnormal.

    Kernel log will always show the real reason issue for the antminer.

    BEWARE!

    DO NOT INSTALL the S19j Pro SD card recovery package.  It has BRICKED our miner!

    • Antminer-S19j-Pro-Release-sd2nand-zynq7007-20210605.zip (file size 26.87MB)
    • S19j Pro SD firmware for 7007 control board only (published 2021-08-26)

    This package is identical to the S19j package.  We have compared and match both packages' "update.bmu" file checksums.  Your miner will not be able to detect hash boards, reset to factory default firmware, or update to the Antminer-S19j-Pro-release-202106281212.bin firmware.  Effectively rendering your equipment useless.

    Bitmain support, please send the correct S19j Pro 100T (7007) recovery to niftyframes@protonmail.com
